The food was good but they ran out of falafel and didn't tell us over the phone... we were told when we got there and they offered us a baba ganoush sandwich instead. Definitely wasn't consolation but we wouldn't have ordered if we knew they were out of falafel, especially for vegetarians... they seem understaffed so hoping things pick up

The food is delicious and the ambiance is fun! Comfy seats, whether you want to sit on the floor or table - it definitely has a Moorish feel to the atmosphere. Got the Chicken Adana (smoky, charred, tasty, not too dry - got their own house spices) and the baby okra (creamy texture). Ezme is not too acidic and the most fresh. Platters are generous and filing with the veggie, entree, and bulgur wheat. It's an absolute hit in Piscataway and I highly recommend it!

I have only ordered takeout so I cannot speak to the ambiance of the restaurant itself. I ordered the mixed BBQ platter to go and after eventually finding the restaurant (there is no actual entrance from the parking lot, you have to walk past another business in the strip mall to get to the front door), my order was waiting for me. I hungrily scurried home and was immediately consumed by a delicious odor. The meat is tender and flavorful with a nice balance of salad and homemade pita. The platter was a bit pricey so I would recommend dine-in for the price so that you have the full experience.

Really good food and ambiance. We were super hungry and we order the lebna and their Adana kebab platter. It was soul satisfying. Wish I had pictures, we were too hungry. Loved their seating arrangement as well. Will be back again since we are locals.

The food here is amazing. I've only eaten inside one time, but ordered "to go" several times. The service was a little harried (we had to ask for napkins, we ordered water & soda but those were forgotten - we didn't get them during our meal). The ambiance was different than any other place I've been to. The are "regular" tables and then there are other tables that are in set into the floor but you can't tell because, although you're actually sitting on cushions on the floor, your legs are in a "hole" that holds the table and where you place your legs while you dine. It was so fun experiencing this new way of sitting/dining, but a little awkward when it was time to get up. Everyone in my party took their shoes off and sat "into" the table, so it made us feel like we were at home, but still very unusual to do that in the presence of others who were sitting at "regular" tables. We ordered the mixed grill combo and an appetizer sampler of several puréed type of vegetables, which were eaten with the most amazing flatbread/naan type of pita bread. The chicken and meats that followed were grilled to perfection and paired well with the flavorful couscous and rice that accompanied them.

Little gem in the neighborhood. Fairly new establishment by 2 brothers bringing the middle eastern vibe to the area. Fantastic ambiance with several sets of sit down couches for guest to enjoy their dinner in a traditional manner. Abdul was a great host and provided great service. The food was fantastic! Fresh rich ingredients and portions were great. Highly recommend the platter for appetizer and entree.

I went to Qaswa with a family friend for dinner. The food and service were great. We got the mixed appetizer, house special platter with kabobs, and the sauteed eggplant. I thought the food was fresh and delicious. For dessert, the "Khazza Divi" was one of the best things we got from the menu and would recommend ordering it. For those who are coming to the restaurant, it was a bit harder to find. The restaurant is to the right of the halal market. Also, I'd park in the lot (if you're heading north) past the restaurant and beauty shop.
